I’ll Meet You There is a cozy bookstore and coffee shop founded by sisters Lindsay and Jaymie McGrath. After the passing of their mother, Mary Kay McGrath, they felt called to carry on her legacy of giving back to the beloved Czech Village community in Cedar Rapids, IA. Every detail of the shop reflects the work ethic and tenacity their parents instilled in them from a young age.

The name itself holds deep meaning. “I’ll meet you there” was a phrase Pat and Mary Kay McGrath often shared—whether arranging a meeting for business or planning a simple dinner together. It spoke to their unwavering love and trust, a promise that no matter the destination, they would always find one another. This sentiment is so cherished in the McGrath family that Mary Kay’s headstone bears those very words, a message of comfort and faith: she will meet her loved ones again in Heaven.

With their parents’ story at the heart of their vision, Lindsay and Jaymie created a space that celebrates connection, community, and a love for books.
